William Friedkin, director of “The Exorcist” and “The French Connection,” among others, will be touring California signing copies of his memoir, The Friedkin Connection.
The book has been compared to Elia Kazan’s Elia Kazan: A Life, particularly in that it does go through Friedkin’s oeuvre, reassessing strengths and weaknesses. It also shares secrets, details from Friedkin’s personal life as well as insider bits of trivia. Ever wanted to know how Linda Blair managed to projectile vomit on cue in “The Exorcist”? Well, now you can.
Can’t make it to California? You can get a copy of The Friedkin Connection here.
