Dust Jacket Flaws on Rare Books
The value of a rare book is often times in the dust jacket. Here is a short video from Expert Village that shows what appears to be a d-j in good shape but in fact has a water stain on the inside.
When a considering a rare book purchase, make sure the dust-jacket has no hidden flaws. If it does, the seller should accurately describe them.
